Originally from Massachusetts, Apolonia Panagopoulos now lives in Los Angeles, California where she works as a freelance editor for television and film.
Panagopoulos makes experimental narrative films which have screened at the Museum of Fine Arts, Boston; at the Zeitgeist Gallery in Cambridge, MA; at REDCAT at the Walt Disney Concert Hall, Los Angeles; and at the 2006 Ojai Film Festival.
She has also participated in Public/Private, a group photography exhibition at Cafe de Leche in the Highland Park neighborhood of Los Angeles, and the First Annual Good Food Pie Contest hosted by KCRW public radio Santa Monica.
In 2007 Panagopoulos was awarded a Master of Fine Arts degree in Film and Video from California Institute of the Arts. She also holds a BA in English from Tufts University and a BFA in Fine Art from the School of the Museum of Fine Arts, Boston.
